後払いドットコム注文管理拡張 (“the App”) provides https://apps.shopify.com/atobaraidotcom-extension (“the Service”) to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you install or use the App.

When you install the App, we access the following information from your Shopify store:

  • Order information (order ID, items, amounts, customer details necessary for payment processing).

Additionally, we may collect the following:

  • Buyer IP address and phone number, when required to process transactions through the payment gateway.

We do not store full customer personal data. Only order IDs are retained for reference.

We use the collected information only to transfer it securely to the Atobarai.com payment gateway for order processing.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not share personal information with third parties. Data is used solely within the Atobarai.com payment gateway operated by 株式会社キャッチボール.

Data Retention

We do not permanently store customer personal information.

  • Order IDs may be retained temporarily for reference.

  • All data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.

This App is intended for merchants in Japan. We do not provide services in the EU.

後払いドットコム注文管理拡張（以下「本アプリ」）は、Shopifyを利用してストアを運営するマーチャントに対して、https://apps.shopify.com/atobaraidotcom-extension（以下「本サービス」）を提供します。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリをインストールまたは利用する際に収集される個人情報の取扱いについて説明します。

収集する個人情報

本アプリをインストールすると、Shopifyストアから以下の情報にアクセスします。

  • 注文情報（注文ID、商品情報、金額、決済処理に必要なお客様情報）

また、必要に応じて以下の情報を収集する場合があります。

  • 購入者のIPアドレス

  • 電話番号

本アプリでは、顧客の完全な個人情報を保存しません。参照目的で注文IDのみを保持します。

個人情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、後払いドットコム決済ゲートウェイに安全に転送し、注文処理を行うためにのみ使用します。

個人情報の共有

収集した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。データは、株式会社キャッチボールが運営する後払いドットコム決済ゲートウェイ内でのみ利用されます。

データの保持期間

本アプリでは顧客の個人情報を恒久的に保存しません。

  • 注文IDは一時的に参照用として保持される場合があります。

  • アプリをアンインストールすると、すべてのデータは自動的に削除されます。

利用対象地域

本アプリは日本国内のマーチャント向けに提供されています。EU地域におけるサービス提供は行っておりません。
